A leading employment law firm is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Candidate Attorney to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding legal support to our clients. As a Candidate Attorney specializing in employment law, you will work closely with senior attorneys to assist in various employment-related legal matters. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in employment law, including handling disputes, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in hearings and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on employment law issues, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes.
Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, settlement agreements, and correspondence related to employment matters.
Assist in preparing cases for hearings, mediations, and trials, including organizing evidence and developing case strategies.
Attend court proceedings, arbitration sessions, and client meetings to provide support and representation as needed.
Review and summarize case files, employment contracts, and company policies to advise clients on legal matters.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies to gather information, provide updates, and negotiate settlements.
Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.

Qualifications:
