What You'll Do

• Own the Online Campus Plan: Strategise, operationalise, and lead a high-performing centre that aligns with our academic and financial goals.
• Drive Student Growth: Manage a robust sales pipeline and fuel YOY growth of up to 34%. If you've got a mind for metrics and a heart for students — we want you.
• Champion Academic Excellence: Build a rockstar academic and support team. Monitor performance, refine the experience, and raise the academic bar.
• Keep the Financials in Check: Budget like a boss. Ensure we hit EBIT targets without breaking a sweat.
• Lead Like a Pro: From hiring to high-fives — manage, coach and develop your team with clarity and conviction.
• Optimise Systems & Facilities: Ensure the virtual and physical infrastructure is slick, student-friendly, and future-proof.
• Enhance the Student Experience: Create a student-first culture where support, satisfaction, and smiles are non-negotiable.

What You Bring

• Minimum NQF Level 8 in Business; NQF 9? Even better.
• 5+ years’ experience in business operations and financial management, with at least 3 years in staff and team leadership.
• Experience in the education or distance learning sector is highly advantageous (but not a deal-breaker if you’re brilliant).
• A passion for purpose-driven leadership.
