Minimum Requirements: Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications:

  • 3-year qualification in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations, or Sales & Marketing
  • Post-Graduate qualification in Hospitality Management or Retail is advantageous
  • Own transport and valid driver’s license

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in branch management activities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and achieve campus sales targets according to the national sales strategy
  • Coordinate marketing and sales strategies for the campus
  • Manage enquiry systems and campus events to generate exposure and enquiries
  • Ensure sales processes are followed and manage the enrolment database
  • Manage sales team performance and motivation
  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue and new business
  • Control costs, manage debtors, and ensure profitability
  • Maintain financial policies, budgets, and controls
  • Manage assets, facilities, and health & safety compliance
  • Oversee academic quality, including lesson plans, evaluations, and audits
  • Manage staff performance, training, and goal setting
  • Promote community engagement and social responsibility initiatives
  • Implement customer relationship strategies and ensure a positive student experience
