Vacancy: Full-Time Campus Administrator

Location: NewBridge Graduate Institute – Witbank Campus

NewBridge Graduate Institute is seeking a dedicated and professional Campus Administrator to oversee the daily administrative operations of our Witbank Campus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day campus operations including venue scheduling, staff coordination, and student support.

  • Accurately capture and manage student data across various platforms.

  • Act as the liaison between staff and students, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.

  • Oversee the reception area, manage filing systems, and handle the onboarding process for new students.

  • Prepare for and coordinate campus events such as orientation sessions, open days, and staff functions.

  • Manage meeting logistics including scheduling and minute-taking.

  • Coordinate staff rosters and supervise invigilators.

  • Sign off on staff claims and support induction training processes.

  • Ensure campus safety and conduct daily venue inspections.

  • Support client bookings and related administrative duties.

Requirements:
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.

  • Excellent typing skills and computer literacy (MS Office proficiency essential).

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Prior experience in a similar role in an academic or training environment will be advantageous.
