Vacancy: Full-Time Campus Administrator

NewBridge Graduate Institute is seeking a dedicated and professional
Campus Administrator to oversee the daily administrative operations of our Witbank Campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day campus operations including venue scheduling, staff coordination, and student support.
- Accurately capture and manage student data across various platforms.
- Act as the liaison between staff and students, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Oversee the reception area, manage filing systems, and handle the onboarding process for new students.
- Prepare for and coordinate campus events such as orientation sessions, open days, and staff functions.
- Manage meeting logistics including scheduling and minute-taking.
- Coordinate staff rosters and supervise invigilators.
- Sign off on staff claims and support induction training processes.
- Ensure campus safety and conduct daily venue inspections.
- Support client bookings and related administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent typing skills and computer literacy (MS Office proficiency essential).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role in an academic or training environment will be advantageous.
Requirements
Grade 12
NQF L5 or 6 Qualification in Administration / Finance
2 - 3 years working experience
MS Office - Advanced level
Customer service orientated
