We are looking for a highly organised and knowledgeable Campaign Planner to join our Retail Media team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive sales, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
The Campaign Planner will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including creative, digital, sales teams, and vendors, to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, event).
- Target Audience Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify target audiences, preferences, and behaviors.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, track expenses, and ensure ROI-driven investments.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven insights for future campaign optimization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and executive leadership.
- Sales Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure campaign messaging, positioning, and tactics align with sales strategies and objectives.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Campaign Planner or similar role in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Experience with data analytics and interpretation, including familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Desirable:
- Experience in sales or sales support roles.
- Certification in marketing, such as Google Analytics Certification and UX.
