Job Title: Campaign Planner

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a highly organised and knowledgeable Campaign Planner to join our Retail Media team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive sales, revenue growth, and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

The Campaign Planner will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including creative, digital, sales teams, and vendors, to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, event).
  2. Target Audience Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify target audiences, preferences, and behaviors.
  3. Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  4. Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, track expenses, and ensure ROI-driven investments.
  5. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven insights for future campaign optimization.
  6. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and executive leadership.
  7. Sales Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure campaign messaging, positioning, and tactics align with sales strategies and objectives.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Campaign Planner or similar role in a marketing or advertising agency.
  3. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics.
  6. Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  7. Experience with data analytics and interpretation, including familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics.
  8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Desirable:

  1. Experience in sales or sales support roles.
  2. Certification in marketing, such as Google Analytics Certification and UX.
