Your key job responsibilities as the Campaign Manager in Durban:
- Liaising with translation companies and freelancers to ensure multi-lingual projects are completed on time and inputted into their system.
- Prioritising new campaign setup and providing clients with final creative within 48-72 hours to ensure campaigns can launch quickly and efficiently. Amending copy until final approval is granted by clients.
- Setting up both online and offline campaigns within their system with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Client communication throughout the campaign duration – dealing with any queries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Monitoring the progress of campaigns from launch to completion, working with stakeholders, and ensuring campaign deadlines, pacing, lead delivery, and strategy are met.
- Additional tasks may be assigned as needed by the business.
Requirements for this Campaign Manager role in Durban:
- Previous experience in the B2B marketing industry within the USA is preferred but not essential.
- Experience with HTML code is essential.
