SUMMARY :

We are seeking a dedicated Campaign Manager responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing client projects, and ensuring timely and within-budget project execution for an innovative Marketing Services Company. The role also involves data analysis and report generation.

POSITION INFO : ENVIRONMENT :

As a Campaign Manager, you will maintain client relationships, handle high-level query resolution, analyze campaign data, develop and execute campaign communications, manage program costs, assist with marketing material production and distribution, and coordinate multiple projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

DUTIES :

  • Maintain strong client relationships.
  • Resolve high-level queries efficiently.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare reports.
  • Develop and implement campaign communication strategies.
  • Manage program budgets and costs.
  • Assist in production and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Plan, execute, and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS :

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Experience / Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience.
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
