Campaign Lead

We’re looking for a Campaign Lead to join our growing team and take charge of end-to-end retail media campaign delivery. You’ll lead a team of Campaign Executives, oversee smooth campaign execution, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead and coach a small team of campaign specialists
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign delivery across media and creative execution
  • Own and improve campaign processes from booking to reporting
  • Manage external partners and suppliers, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met
  • Act as the final quality check for campaign bookings and artwork
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, providing proactive recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and efficiency
What we’re looking for:
  • Degree-level qualification
  • Experience in retail media campaign management (agency or client-side)
  • Line management experience
  • Strong knowledge of retail media, platforms, and media planning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A process-driven leader with a passion for coaching and developing people
