Job Description:

  • Meet or exceed quality and productivity goals set by management.
  • Communicate clearly and politely in both written and oral forms.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing the company positively.
  • Respond promptly to reviews, moderation, emails, and service level expectations.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to handle customer requests appropriately.
  • Use departmental resources, policies, and procedures effectively.
  • Utilize customer service tools to provide accurate responses and excellent customer experiences.
  • Escalate customer issues appropriately, ensuring timely and professional service.
  • Communicate system issues, process challenges, and customer feedback trends to management.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification.
  • Criminal and credit clearances.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, suitable for an international client.
  • Willingness to work evening shifts and weekends.
  • Exceptional customer service experience.
  • At least 12 months of call centre experience.
  • Previous international call centre experience for 6-12 months is highly advantageous.
