Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Call Centre Team Leader to guide and grow our call centre operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Training: Take ownership of recruiting and training a team of 6 Telesales Representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in outbound sales calling.
- Team Leadership & Management: Provide day-to-day leadership to a team of 6 telesales agents, focusing on driving performance and achieving sales targets.
- Outbound Sales Management: Oversee outbound sales initiatives, ensuring agents are actively making calls, engaging prospects, and closing deals.
- Inbound Lead Qualification: Ensure that inbound leads are effectively qualified and scheduled for field sales consultants.
- Web & Mobile Sales Support: Assist agents with selling through NxaTel’s web and mobile app, ensuring seamless customer support.
- Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance through KPIs, providing regular coaching and feedback to ensure targets are met.
- Continuous Development: Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team up to date on product offerings, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth workflow and lead management.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a call centre environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Sales Skills: Strong background in outbound sales and lead qualification.
- Recruitment & Training: Demonstrated experience in recruiting and training new team members to build a high-performing sales team.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems and web-based sales platforms. Familiarity with NxaTel or similar communication tools is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
