Are you passionate about education and making a meaningful impact in the lives of students? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Call Centre Operator to join our vibrant team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Making initial contact with prospective students via phone.
  • Conducting a needs analysis to determine their study interests.
  • Assessing basic admission criteria.
  • Booking and scheduling student consultations in line with targets.
  • Capturing and updating prospective student information in our systems.
  • Following up on leads and rescheduling missed consultations.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and student recruitment efforts.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, especially during peak registration periods.
What You Bring
  • Matric is essential; a relevant tertiary qualification is an added advantage.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales, admin, marketing, customer service, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Strong data capturing and typing accuracy.
  • Organised, proactive, and a team player.
