The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving results, excellent communication skills, and experience managing a team of call center agents.Duties & Responsibilities : Manage and motivate a team of call center agents to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.Develop strategies and tactics to increase sales and revenue from new customers.Monitor and analyse performance metrics to continuously improve the team's performance.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the business community to drive growth and revenue.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to improve processes and customer experience.Conduct training and coaching sessions for call center agents to improve performance.Desired Experience & Qualification : Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.5+ years' experience as a call center manager, preferably in a sales-driven environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to drive results and build relationships.Analytical skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems.Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques.Remuneration : Negotiable.Please forward your CV to
