Job Overview

The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for coordinating breakdown responses, maintaining service schedules, and following up on customer satisfaction. Therole requires proactive communication with technicians, agents, and customers to ensure service excellence.
The individual will also contribute to growing the service division by engaging with the customer database and promoting service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange breakdown attendance by coordinating with standby technicians or agents
  • Log new breakdowns following prescribed procedures
  • Follow up with customers on service satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of all breakdowns
  • Participate in morning meetings and workshop yard walks
  • Contact customers to manage and schedule services
  • Promote service sales by engaging after-sales customers
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and procedures
  • Process job cards and invoices within required timeframes
  • Prepare reports and presentations when needed
  • Complete administrative tasks within deadlines
  • Follow up daily on purchase orders and maintain work-in-progress
