Salary: R8000 –(based on experience)
Role Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. Focused on delivering exceptional customer service, generating qualified leads, booking appointments, and supporting the dealership’s sales and aftersales goals. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a smooth customer experience while maximizing business opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 is essential
- 1–2 years’ experience in a call centre or customer service role (motor or retail industry preferred)
- RE5 qualification will be advantageous
- Previous dealership experience is beneficial
- Fluent in English (additional languages will be a plus)
- Clear criminal and ITC record
- Flexible availability – must be able to work weekends or extended hours when required
- Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Professional, resilient, and able to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong data capturing accuracy
- Computer literate – proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a professional, courteous manner.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to vehicle sales, services, bookings, and general queries.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales and/or service department.
- Schedule service appointments and test drives; follow up on missed or unconfirmed bookings.
- Conduct follow-up calls post-sale or post-service to measure customer satisfaction and drive retention.
- Assist with promotional campaigns, service reminders, birthday calls, and other customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
- Stay informed on current vehicle models, dealership services, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
- Work collaboratively with sales executives, service advisors, and management to ensure customer needs are met.
