Job description

Call centre agent position available for a junior person with experience as a Call centre agent and able to assists Afrikaans speaking enquiries

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Grade 12 or similar qualification is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans is essential (must be fluent in Afrikaans).
  • Previous Customer Care experience in a Call Centre and Funeral Insurance knowledge will be preferred.
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook are required.
  • Additional Language(s) will be favourable.
