A leading company in Midrand is seeking a Call Centre Agent for a 4-month contract. The role involves overseeing customer claims, responding to inquiries, and ensuring service level agreements are maintained. Candidates should have matric, call center experience, and a valid driver's license.

Job Description :
Oversee all claims on the system as front line
Assist SOP team with any task required
Reporting to SOP Team Leaders
Escalate any issues internally
Ensure company SLA is not breached
Responsibilities :
Answer phones top assist customers
Respond to emails from customers
Engage courier and warehouse with any issues related to claims by customers
Verify claims against set company rules to verify or fail claims
Work with supplier’s support structure
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements :
Matric
Call centre experience and certifications
Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
Must have own car and valid driver’s license
