What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Call Centre Agent, you’ll play a crucial role in engaging with clients in a telesales environment. You’ll be the voice that represents our brand—offering support, providing product knowledge, and creating a top-tier customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with clients via phone in a professional and engaging manner.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Resolving customer queries and issues effectively.
• Accurately logging calls and maintaining records.

What We’re Looking For:

• Completed Matric/Grade 12 certificate (essential)
• Previous call Centre or telesales experience essential
• Fluent in English/Afrikaans and an African language
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong customer service orientation
