Call Centre Agent

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service through phone, email, and live chat support. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients receive timely and effective assistance, while also promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities :

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Providing accurate and detailed information on our products and services
• Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and general information
• Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Promoting and upselling products and services to existing and potential customers
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service
• Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in computer skills and navigation of different systems
• Availability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior knowledge of insurance policies and regulations is a plus
