Job Responsibilities :

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their policy inquiries and concerns
3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
4. Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the company's database
5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
6. Identify and escalate any complex or urgent matters to the appropriate channels
7. Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics
8. Continuously improve and enhance customer service skills through training and coaching

Qualifications :

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or communication is a plus
2. Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
6. Proficient in using computer systems and applications
7. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
