Join our established medium-sized financial advisory firm as an Insurance Sales Agent specializing in warm lead conversion and outbound sales. Competitive Compensation Package:
- Training Period (1wk) followed by Trial period R3,000 monthly stipend for the first 2 months
- Contract Terms: 12-month contract with R4,000 basic salary with uncapped commission structure

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from warm, pre-qualified leads
- Conduct professional outbound calls to warm prospects

- Collaborate with the advisory team to ensure a seamless client experience
