The Call Center Agents at SMART DEBT ADVISORS become the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The role of each Call Center Agent is to handle high volume outbound phone calls while adhering to quality standards, by accepting ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, and by keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
