Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sell insurance telephonically to potential clients
• Achieve and exceed weekly sales targets
• Ensure full compliance and maintain high quality standards
• Participate in continuous training and development
• Demonstrate leadership potential with growth into senior roles

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 25 years of age
• Grade 12 (Non-Negotiable)
• South African ID
• Must be able to travel to Roodepoort daily
• At least 1 year experience in sales (non-negotiable)
• Positive, target-driven attitude

Package & Remuneration:

• Guaranteed commission of R2400
• Uncapped commission structure
