Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline from a remote position in SA. You will own the top of the funnel: researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers, and crafting personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone to book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.

• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

About The Role

As Call Center Agent at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
