Job Description

Role Purpose

The supplier will handle all telephone bookings for International Conferencing and Directory Enquiry calls for customers through various channels. They will also provide telegraph operational support/services and will:

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the provision of telephone numbers for residential and business phone users.
  • Facilitate connecting and troubleshooting international conference calls.
  • Provide first-level support and dispute resolution.
  • Maintain confident and friendly telephone communication skills.
  • Accurately input data.
  • Manage time effectively.
  • Be self-motivated.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Use MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint proficiently.
  • Maintain a confident and professional demeanor.
Experience, Skills, and Attributes
  • Minimum 6 months experience in inbound or outbound call centers.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
