About the job

Protect and grow market share and profitably within the store in accordance with the store, area, and company strategy.

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Grade 12 with at least 3 years related retail/wholesale management experience or 5 years related retail/wholesale experience.
  • Experience in carpentry products and cutting & edging would be an advantage.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Well-developed business acumen.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer literate (basic skills).
  • Strong leadership and administrative skills.
  • Own transport and cell phone.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations (OHSA or similar).
  • Strong HR management skills.

  • Issuing and follow-up of quotations to generate sales.
