Job summary

Network Recruitment is seeking a CA(SA) with 2-4 years post-articles experience to join a high-performing finance team in South Africa. You'll work across group reporting, consolidations, technical accounting, taxation, and strategic financial analysis in a dynamic environment.

This role involves preparing reports, board packs, executive analytics, IFRS 16 lease accounting, tax compliance, budgeting, and business partnering with senior management to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) with 2-4 years post-articles experience
• Strong technical accounting skills with IFRS
• Good understanding of taxation principles and compliance
• Experience with financial reporting and group consolidations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with group consolidations and management reporting processes
• Compile board packs and executive reporting presentations
• Manage IFRS 16 lease accounting and statutory reporting requirements
• Ensure tax compliance and prepare tax calculations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Conduct financial analysis and provide meaningful business insights
• Partner with senior management to support strategic decision-making
• Assist with year-end audits and external stakeholder requirements
