Job summary

JVR Software in Cape Town is seeking an experienced C#/.NET developer to build, enhance, and maintain scalable applications. You will develop RESTful APIs and backend services, turning business requirements into robust software within an Agile team.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong knowledge of .NET, SQL Server, and Azure, plus Git workflows. You will collaborate with product, QA, and development teams to deliver high-quality software and participate in design discussions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core, .NET, and API development.
• Experience with SQL Server and database design.
• Familiarity with Azure and cloud-based solutions.
• Understanding of software design principles and best practices.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building quality software.
• Bachelor’s Degree, National Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

Responsibilities
