POSITION INFO:

Location: Pretoria East (Office-based, minimal travel)

About the Company: A stable, well-established consulting engineering firm in Pretoria East, providing quality control and instrumentation solutions across various sectors.

Role Overview: We are looking for either:

• A junior/graduate Electronics Engineer eager to build a career in control and instrumentation, or
• An experienced engineer with solid PLC programming experience to strengthen the team.

This role is office-based with minimal client travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, program, and assist in commissioning PLC and SCADA systems (Schneider, Siemens, etc.)
• Work on control and instrumentation (C&I) projects for diverse industries
• Test, troubleshoot, and document control systems
• Provide technical support to clients and team members

Requirements:

• BEng in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or nearly completed)
• Interest or experience in PLC programming and SCADA systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be bilingual in Afrikaans and English (read, write, speak)
• Driver’s license (advantageous)
