Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the buying team with admin tasks like a pro.
  2. Help coordinate offers that'll leave our customers swooning.
  3. Be the bridge between our buyers and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication.
  4. Dive into the world of samples—capturing, naming, and crafting killer product descriptions.
  5. Handle supplier sample returns like a boss.
  6. Upload offers with flair and precision.
  7. Keep the communication flowing smoothly with our internal stakeholders.
  8. Dive into ad hoc projects with enthusiasm and creativity.
To Succeed in This Role, You Need to Be:
  1. Data-driven and commercially savvy—always keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest trends.
  2. A whiz with computers, especially when it comes to Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  3. Super organized with killer admin skills that'll keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine.
  4. A hard worker with a keen eye for detail.

Experience:

A degree is awesome, but we're all about relevant experience. Previous ecommerce admin experience would be a major plus.
