Responsibilities :

  • Assist the buying team with admin tasks like a pro.
  • Get in on the action by helping coordinate offers that'll leave our customers swooning.
  • Be the bridge between our buyers and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication all around.
  • Dive into the world of samples—capturing, naming, and crafting killer product descriptions.
  • Upload offers with flair and precision.
  • Keep the communication flowing smoothly with our internal stakeholders.
  • Dive into ad hoc projects with enthusiasm and creativity.

To Succeed in This Role, You Need to Be :

  • Data-driven and commercially savvy—always keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest trends.
  • A whiz with computers, especially when it comes to Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • Super organized with killer admin skills that'll keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine.
  • A hard worker with a keen eye for detail.
  • A quick learner who thrives under pressure and sticks to tight deadline
  • Crunch numbers like a pro
  • Ready to hustle in a fast-paced, data-driven world

Experience :

  • A degree is awesome, but we're all about relevant experience.
  • Previous ecommerce admin experience would be a major plus.
