Job summary

Vine Recruitment has partnered with a well-established agricultural company in Paarl to hire an experienced Buyer for the procurement team. You will source products, negotiate with suppliers, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely procurement to support daily operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain, with 5+ years in procurement, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in Sage Pastel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Sage Pastel
