Support Services Coordinator

As a Support Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our support functions.

Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and optimizing various support services to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of support service staff, including buying specialists and administrative staff. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure a high-performing team.
  2. Process Improvement: Evaluate and streamline support service processes, including internal inquiries, warranty claims, and parts requests. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.
  3. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to collect, analyze, and interpret data gathered from Syspro and other sources. Develop innovative systems and metrics to measure the effectiveness of support services.
  4. Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently to meet manufacturing demands while optimizing costs. Ensure adequate staffing levels, equipment, and supplies to support service operations.
  5. Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  6. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that support services meet the highest standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and rectify issues.
  7. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement in support services.
  8. Compliance: Ensure that support operations comply with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
