Job Requirements

The following criteria must be met by candidates applying for the above position:

• Minimum of 10 years Butchery experience.
• Minimum of 5 years Butchery Management experience.
• Successfully managed a team of 10-15 people.
• Must be able to work as a team and also independently.
• Be able to achieve sales and gross profits.
• Be able to achieve high standards in hygiene, cutting, packing, merchandising, and customer service.
• Be able to develop and grow sales while controlling expenses.
• Have basic computer skills: Excel, Word, internet.
• Have contactable references.
• Must have a valid driver's licence.
