Butchery Manager

Our client in the Durban area requires the services of a Butchery Manager.

POSITION INFO :

Qualifications & Experience :

1. A valid matric certificate with mathematics
2. Grade 1 Meat cutting certificate or recognized butchery apprenticeship
3. A clear criminal record
4. At least 5 years' experience in all aspects of day-to-day running and managing of a meat market
5. Point of sale systems knowledge is desirable
6. Self-motivated, self-dedicated, and self-determined with a creative flair
7. Strong numerical skills
8. Ability to manage staff
9. Ability to work under pressure
10. Ability to be firm and resolute in decision-making with a high degree of discipline
