Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent literacy and numeracy.
• Experience in a butchery environment and customer service.
• Ability to handle meat products safely in a cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the butchery counter.
• Cut, weigh, and package products per requests.
• Maintain attractive displays and rotate stock.
• Ensure HACCP and food safety compliance; wear PPE.
• Assist with cleaning and hygiene tasks as required.
