Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and map current business processes;
  • Identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve performance;
  • Support the design and implementation of optimized workflows, SOPs, and system enhancements;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions;
  • Assist with data collection and interpretation to support project goals;
  • Contribute to pilot projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business;
  • Prepare professional documentation and summaries of findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management or Similar;
  • 3-5 years experience;
  • Experience with Visualization tools such as Visio, BPMN;
