• Development Tools : Working knowledge of tools such as SQL for database querying and analysis, JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation, UML and BPMN for process modelling and system design, and API testing tools like Postman.
• Communication Skills : Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Analytical Thinking : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Collaboration : Experience working in cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or custom enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Industry certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus.
