Job Description : Business System Analyst

Job Summary :

As a Business Systems Analyst / Implementation Specialist you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with senior and midlevel stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements design system solutions and oversee the implementation process. Your primary focus will be on Salesforce projects ensuring that the platform meets the needs of the endusers and integrates seamlessly with other systems.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management and business users to gather and document detailed business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough business and systems analysis to identify solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Liaise with Salesforce administrators to hand over requirements for configuration and customization.
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce functionality features and best practices.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend system enhancements or modifications.
  • Oversee data integration efforts including APIs and XML ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
  • Lead small teams and coordinate project activities to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Serve as a point of contact for technical and nontechnical stakeholders facilitating effective communication and problemsolving.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of database management and system integration principles.
  • Ensure comprehensive testing and validation of implemented solutions.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business systems analysis with a strong background in both business and systems analysis.
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce including understanding its basic functionality and features.
  • Solid understanding of database management integration techniques APIs and XML.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing multiple projects.
  • Ability to engage with senior and midlevel stakeholders translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Team leadership experience with the ability to lead small teams and manage project workflows.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment ensuring effective integration of systems and solutions.
