As part of our Sales Optimization team, the Business Solutions Head will manage the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring collaboration across units.

Key responsibilities include :
Drawing up budgets aligned with tactical plans, monitoring effectiveness, and reporting variances.
Coordinating teams for end-to-end implementation of solutions.
Analyzing data to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
Designing customer-centric, sustainable solutions and ensuring integration across channels.
Fostering an inclusive culture aligned with FRG's diversity principles.
Managing and developing team members for growth and performance.
Building collaborative relationships within and outside the business.
Applying innovative solutions to improve sales processes.
Ensuring compliance with legislative and audit requirements.
Analyzing business information to identify trends and discrepancies for decision-making.
Setting tactical goals and optimizing resources to achieve them.
Applying a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications and experience required :
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Science, or similar.
5-8 years experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Sales Enablement.
Experience in Product / Project Management or Business Analysis.
Understanding of internal systems and processes.
