Think Tank Software Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Solution Specialist to join our Sales, Specialist Team. This role will focus on driving sales and solution delivery for Docusign, two of our strategic software offerings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in software sales, excellent client engagement abilities, and a solid understanding of SaaS-based platforms.
Department: Sales – Specialist Team
Reports To: Sales Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Development
· Identify and qualify new business opportunities specific to Docusign solutions.
· Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and position relevant solutions.
Solution Selling
· Deliver tailored product demonstrations and professional presentations to prospective clients.
· Manage the complete sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract closure.
Product Expertise
· Maintain current knowledge of Docusign and Infobip product updates, use cases, and industry trends.
· Provide product-specific support and insights to the broader sales team.
Collaboration
· Partner with Account Managers to support cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
· Coordinate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Quoting Support
· Assist in creating accurate and client-aligned quotations and proposals.
· Liaise with sales operations and commercial teams to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance.
Candidate Profile:
· Proven experience in software sales, particularly within the document workflow or communication platform sectors.
· In-depth knowledge of Docusign (certification advantageous).
· Technically proficient, with a solid grasp of SaaS technologies and platforms.
· Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
