Qualifications

Solutions Selling:
- Identify opportunities and generate sales in the corporate sector (SMME and large commercial clients).
- Demonstrate strong cold-calling abilities and the perseverance to maintain a full sales pipeline.
Maximize Sales Opportunities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual installation and revenue targets.
- Focus on acquiring new business by identifying and prospecting new customers and markets.
- Collaborate with internal sales channels (dealers, brokers, fitment centres) to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage, maintain, and grow penetration into an existing customer database.
- Provide exceptional service and support to both existing and prospective customers.
- Action all leads received from internal and external partners within the timelines set by management.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date industry, product, and technical knowledge as required by management and measured through regular assessments.
- Deliver presentations at all levels, including senior and executive management.
- Meet activity targets as defined by management.
- Complete all administrative tasks, including the preparation and submission of quotations and reports to management.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Corporate, Business, or Automotive markets.
- Completion of recognized formal sales training courses or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, solution-driven, and passionate about sales.
- Valid drivers license.
