A dynamic organization requires a Business Sales Consultant at its Head Office to report directly to the Business Sales Manager. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with an outgoing personality and a mature attitude, capable of communicating confidently across all levels. The perfect candidate should currently be active within the corporate industry.

Job Description

  • Identify opportunities and drive new sales within the corporate sector (B2B).
  • Draft and comprehend legally binding B2B contracts.
  • Deliver solutions tailored to the Vehicle Fleet environment.
  • Meet monthly and annual installation targets.
  • Maintain, manage, and grow an existing customer database.
  • Secure an average of 20% business from new customers and 80% from additional sales to existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to both current and prospective customers.
  • Handle and take ownership of all customer inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain a management-defined level of product knowledge in IoT and Telematics, assessed through product evaluations.
  • Deliver presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Achieve activity levels set by management.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
  • Perform all administrative tasks related to the role, including creating and submitting quotations.
  • Manage and respond to leads from internal and external partners within designated timeframes.
  • Build and maintain relationships across business, dealer, broker, and fitment centre networks.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3 years of sales experience in the B2B, IoT, or Telematics industry.
  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
  • Completion of recognized formal sales training courses or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting sales targets.
  • Self-driven, solution-oriented, and passionate about sales.
  • Valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle.
