Job description

**This position can be based from either Johannesburg or Cape Town offices**

Your mission:

The Business/Reporting Analyst will drive user adoption on MS Dynamics 365 and support CRM users across the META-CWA region by following up and resolving their cases and queries. They will assess relevant business needs and leverage the CRM platforms to make the Epson sales teams as effective and efficient as possible.

Please note that this is not a systems developer role.

What you will do:

  1. Provide technical and functional support to CRM users through active management of their requests and helpdesk resolutions.
  2. Analyse customer requirements and translate them into technical/functional specifications understandable by the business community or usable by professional IT developers.
  3. Identify the best solutions through business analysis, using existing platforms or implementing new ones within the CRM according to best practices.
  4. Troubleshoot issues as necessary, assessing and testing assigned cases.
  5. Liaise with system developers to ensure quality, timely project progression, and adherence to specifications.
  6. Analyze sales data submissions in Excel to identify errors and ensure 100% accuracy.
  7. Support IT occasionally with configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on agreed specifications.

What we ask for:

  • Ideally a graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven knowledge of MS Dynamics or Salesforce.com.
  • Numerate with attention to detail, analytical skills, and a logical approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to interpret data and troubleshoot problems with an understanding of relational databases.
  • Ability to translate and review business requirements, identify issues, and generate solutions to complex problems, preferably with full project lifecycle experience.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot), PowerPoint, and Process Diagram tools.
  • Added advantage: Power BI development skills.
