Job Description: Business Relationship Manager - FNB Commercial Sales and Service (Western Cape)

We are seeking a strategic and operational professional to manage and grow a portfolio of high-revenue clients. Responsibilities include key relationship management, identifying business opportunities, and acquiring new clients. Success will be measured by client satisfaction, financial performance, governance, and new client acquisition.

Ideal Candidate Exposure:
  • Manage cost-to-income ratio to enhance profitability and efficiency.
  • Improve business performance and profitability.

  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to achieve operational objectives.

  • Must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.
