Job Description: To strategically and operationally manage and grow a portfolio of high revenue generating clients. Responsibilities include key relationship management, seeking, identifying, and exploiting business opportunities for the bank, and growing the portfolio through new client acquisition. Success will be measured through client satisfaction, financial performance, sound governance, and new client acquisition.
Additional Role - Future Business Relationship Manager (Agriculture): Responsible for enhancing business performance and profitability, driving customer service, ensuring growth in the customer base, setting tactical goals, defining sales strategies, assessing credit applications, ensuring compliance, and managing team performance.
Ideal Candidate: FAIS compliant (RE5), relevant business degree, 2-4 years credit experience, 3-5 years relationship management experience, agric qualification or experience, not an unrehabilitated insolvent, credit record check required.
