The candidate will be responsible for ensuring strategic alignment of initiatives for Outsourced Business (OB) by the System Platform Providers (SPPs) and the Binder Holders.
They will also be responsible for relationship management between Santam and the SPPs through frequent engagements; including supporting the Outsourced Business and Business Integration teams.
This role will report to the Manager: Outsourced Business Operations.
