Talent Acquisition Specialist: Recruitment and Selection

PwC is looking for a Business Product Owner to join our Cloud & Digital practice.
Qualifications / Certifications Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certifications such as: Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
Experience Required:
- 8+ years of experience in product management or related fields
- Proven track record of leading product development and managing product lifecycles
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration
- Familiarity with market analysis and customer needs assessment
Responsibilities of Role:
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business objectives
- Maintain and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of product features
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to inform product direction
- Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
- Ensure product quality and performance through continuous improvement

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address product challenges
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision and requirements
- Agile and Scrum Mastery: Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies

- Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee product development
- Business Acumen: Understanding of market trends, customer needs, and business strategy
- Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams
