PwC is looking for a Business Product Owner to join our Cloud & Digital practice.

Qualifications / Certifications Required:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. Certifications such as: Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)

Experience Required:

1. 8+ years of experience in product management or related fields
2. Proven track record of leading product development and managing product lifecycles
3. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
4. Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration
5. Familiarity with market analysis and customer needs assessment

Responsibilities of Role:

1. Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business objectives
2. Maintain and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
4. Oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of product features
5. Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to inform product direction
6. Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
7. Ensure product quality and performance through continuous improvement

1. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address product challenges
2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision and requirements
3. Agile and Scrum Mastery: Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
4. Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively
5. Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee product development
6. Business Acumen: Understanding of market trends, customer needs, and business strategy
7. Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams
8. Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated with the latest product management trends and technologies
