Duties & Responsibilities

This exciting opportunity would primarily be to assist a COO with the following tasks:

• Data modelling and review
• Operational reporting and performance evaluation
• Systems and process review
• Audit and document findings
• Proposals on how to optimise and embed permanent value
• Implement findings and change management framework
• Perform ad-hoc requests across various operational areas

The individual will be exposed to various functions within the business, including:

• Marketing Lead acquisition and analysis
• Data review and digital performance management
• Risk cohort segmentation and resource allocation
• Sales productivity analysis
• Resource utilisation and optimisation
• Database segmentation and evaluation
• Collections & Retentions
• Evaluation of lost clients
• Review of systems and processes to identify and evaluate core retention issues
• Review risk management framework to shape the portfolio
• Claims data and correlation modelling for investigation processes
• Optimisation of processes impacting turn-around time and efficiency
• Cost allocation and review
• Correspondence review to clients ensuring process alignment
• Audit of vehicle assessment and repair processes

Key relationship audits, gap analysis, and proposals to eliminate lost opportunities are also part of the role.

Additional exposure includes:

• IT, Data Science & System Development
• Resource management and project prioritisation
• Finance management including cost centres and budget monitoring
• Client service improvement and communication frameworks
• Interdepartmental alignment for efficient client service
• External regulatory compliance
