We are looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst / Auditor with a consulting background to lead process audits, optimisation, and automation initiatives for ourselves and our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and has a strong understanding of process redesign, risk analysis, automation, and CRM system integration. As a key consultant, you will be responsible for analysing and improving business processes across the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and other operational systems.

You will play a key role in helping clients streamline workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement AI-driven automation solutions.

1. Conduct high-level audits of client business processes across marketing, sales, customer service, and operations.
2. Document all "As-Is" processes, including text-based descriptions and process flow diagrams.
3. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimisation.

Process Optimisation & Redesign

1. Develop "To-Be" process models focusing on automation, AI integration, and RevOps best practices.
2. Ensure optimised processes account for all functionalities across CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
3. Recommend solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

Automation & System Integration

1. Identify and implement automation opportunities within client operations.
2. Ensure seamless CRM (HubSpot) integration with ERP, LMS, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
3. Collaborate with developers and system architects to execute digital transformation strategies.
4. Assess risks associated with current business processes.
5. Develop risk mitigation frameworks to ensure process stability and regulatory compliance.
6. Assist clients in managing operational change and reducing process-related risks.

Consulting & Client Engagement

1. Serve as a trusted consultant to client leadership teams, guiding them through process transformation.
2. Lead client workshops, training sessions, and change management programs.
3. Work closely with client stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous process improvement.

Required Experience & Qualifications

1. 5+ years experience in business process analysis, auditing, or process consulting.
2. Strong experience in business process reengineering (BPR), workflow optimisation, and automation.
3. Understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and enterprise software integration.
4. Expertise in risk assessment, compliance, and process governance frameworks.
5. Experience leading digital transformation and RevOps consulting projects.
6. Ability to create structured business process documentation, including BPMN diagrams and SOPs.
7. Strong client-facing and consulting skills, with experience managing enterprise-level clients.
8. Ability to work independently and deliver high-impact process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Certifications in Business Process Management (BPM), Lean Six Sigma, AI-powered automation, or Change Management.
2. Experience working with AI-driven business process optimisation tools.
3. Background in consulting or agency environments, with exposure to multiple industries.
4. Experience integrating CRM with ERP, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
